Returns Policy

First, all our valued customers have the right to verify and receive all products from the representative as their specifications and announced images before payment.

In case of refusal to receive, the representative is not entitled to collect shipping costs or any money.

The factory is responsible for the cost of shipping back and forth.

In case of return

Our valued customers can go to the factory headquarters 771, Industrial Area, New Cairo, and return the product

And receive the original amount in the same way of payment.

Return during shipping

A representative will be sent to pick up the returned products within 48 hours.

Within a maximum of one working week, they will be delivered to the warehouses and the original amount will be returned, deducted from the cost of shipping back and forth.

Via bank transfer or electronic wallet.

Conditions:

1. Items that have been installed, even for testing, even if they have not been used, may not be exchanged or returned unless they have a manufacturing defect.

2. For the sake of our customers, the return and exchange should only be through the customer whose data is registered with us only.

3. Returns are accepted provided that they are in the same condition that the customer received them.

4. In case of a manufacturing defect in faucets that have a warranty and customer service, please contact the company’s customer service WhatsApp 01207777415.

5. In case the customer receives any gifts or special discounts during the purchase process, they will be refunded in full to the company in case of return.

6. The warranty covers all water faucets only displayed on the electronic store.

7. If you used (credit or debit card) to pay the value of the order, the amount paid will be returned to your card. The refund amount will be reflected in your card based on the banking operations of each bank, and the transfer fees will be deducted from the original amount, up to 3%, which takes 14 days.

In the event that you need to cancel your order after paying using (credit card or debit card), you will be charged a refund fee according to your card type (Visa / Mastercard / Cash).

8. We are not responsible for any expectations upon receipt from the customer that we did not mention on the product page on our website.

9. In the event that the representative leaves the delivery site without receiving, the company disclaims responsibility for any defects or damages.
